Bulkhead Energy Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products—but due to the nature of consumables, all Energy Drink sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your Bulkhead apparel, we’ve got you covered.
Apparel Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on apparel items. To qualify, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging
-
With tags still attached
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at info@bulkheadenergy.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know immediately at info@bulkheadenergy.com. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your apparel order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process.
